			What are your days & hours?

			-Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Any emergency calls to be handled 24 hours a day.

			What types of payments do you take?

			- Cash, Checks, Visa and MasterCard (3% additional fee charged for credit cards)

			Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

			- All routine contracts can be cancelled at client's request. We ask that you give us a two week notice of cancellation prior to routine service.

			Are you bonded - licensed - insured?

			-We carry Worker's Compensation, and Liability Insurance. These documents are available upon request.

			How long have you been in business?

			-Over 30 years of service to the Pinellas and Hillsborough Communities.

			Do you provide residential or commercial work?

			-We offer services in Pinellas, Hillsborough and consider all jobs in the surrounding areas.

			Do you charge for an estimate and how long does it take?

			-We charge a $50.00 estimate fee for Healthcare questions. We waive the estimate fee if the work is contracted. Most all trim estimates are free of charge.
